After three consecutive sellouts, Dog Daze is back for its fourth edition — and it’s shaping up to be the biggest one yet. This Saturday, June 14th, it returns to Mo’s Desert Clubhouse in Burleigh Heads for a full-day indoor-outdoor event that’s become a staple of the Gold Coast’s underground scene. Presented by Beats Cartel and CBCo Brewing, Dog Daze IV continues to build on its reputation as one of the Gold Coast’s most electric local events — a day that brings the scene together in full force. Tickets are still available for those eager to experience a dose of high-adrenaline action and the electric energy that keeps the Dog Daze crowd coming back year after year.
Running from 2pm to midnight, the event transforms Mo’s into a high-energy celebration of live music and skate culture. Expect two live stages, a halfpipe jam in the carpark with pro skaters, prize giveaways, drink specials across multiple bars, and an authentic Mexican food truck on site. It’s part punk show, part skate comp — and all local energy.
This year’s lineup brings a heavy dose of punk, garage, and grunge, with a mix of local staples and rising interstate acts. Expect everything from raw, no-frills punk to fuzzed-out garage rock. Brisbane’s Radium Dolls continue to build momentum off the back of their debut album Legal Speed, while Melbourne’s Grim Rhythm are fresh from a run of packed-out shows that have earned them a loyal following. It’s a tight, loud bill built to move a crowd — no filler, all grit.
Kids are welcome with a parent or guardian until 6:00pm, after which the event shifts to 18+ only. With a stacked lineup and skate action running all day, Dog Daze IV is built for skaters and music lovers keen to dive into Burleigh’s most anticipated grassroots event.
With past years selling out fast, organisers expect another full house.
